Incredimail

Key Mail Server Settings:
Server Type = POP3
Incoming Mail Server = mail.mhtc.net
Outgoing Mail Server = smtp.mhtc.net

If you don’t get the wizard when you first open Incredimail, on the Toolbar click Tools and select Email Accounts from the menu.

 
The Mail Accounts window opens.
Click Add.

On the Account Settings window select Let me configure settings myself.
Click Next.

Select the account type of Other.

Enter your MHTC email address and password.
Click Next.

 Server Information:
Server Type =  POP3
Incoming mail server = mail.mhtc.net
Outgoing mail server = smtp.mhtc.net

Click Next.

Click OK.

Log back into the email properties in order make final changes to the account.

Account Name = Everything before the @ in your email address.
Display Name = Your name or alias (as you want it to appear in sent messages).
Email address = MHTC email address.

If you check your email on more that one device, such as multiple computers or a computer and a cell phone you will need to click on the Advanced tab and select Leave messages on server and specify a number of days.

Click OK and Close out of the mail accounts window.
