I keep getting a POP-LOCK Error when I try deleting messages in Webmail.

Note: Webmail issues that are customer specific can also be related to firewall, browser or anti-virus application settings. You may need to adjust your settings to find out which one is causing the problem.

Ensure all other email applications associated with the same account are closed, i.e. Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc. Wait approximately 5 minutes after closing out of the other email application, then try deleting the message from Webmail again. The server must recognize that you are no longer connected to it before it will allow messages to be deleted.
