The window opens when I try to print my messages but I’m not seeing anything on the screen.

  • Is the pop-up blocker turned on? If so, add to exceptions within the pop-up blocker settings.
  • Try a different web browser or try adjusting your browser settings. This is a known problem with all webmail programs and Firefox.
  • Copy and paste the information into MS Word, Notepad or other application to print it.
