The GUIDE is stuck on my TV screen.
Usually this only affects one TV, so resetting the set-top box and any adapter typically resolves the issue. If the Guide is stuck on multiple TV’s try power-cycling just the Comtrend modem. If after power-cycling the modem the guide still doesn’t go away reset the set-top box. Then, if power-cycling the modem and adapter and resetting the set-top box doesn’t resolve the issue please contact MHTC Technical Support at 437-6850.
